No refunds or returns will be issued for any products, services, or training once purchased.

However, rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice prior to the scheduled service or training date.

Requests made with less than seven (7) days’ notice, failure to attend, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the purchase.

Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and must be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Reschedules are non-transferable and have no cash value.
